MoreTime Marketing LLC uses “Mindmanagement” and “Isabel Zakel” / “Isa Zakel” in commerce as brand identifiers for the coaching programs, courses, and related services described on this Website. As of the date of this notice, no federal trademark application has been filed for either mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Under United States law, rights in a mark can arise from actual use in commerce even without registration (“common law” trademark rights); such rights are generally limited to the geographic area of actual use and are narrower than the nationwide protection a federal registration provides. MoreTime Marketing LLC may use the ™ symbol in connection with these marks to indicate a claimed, unregistered trademark; the federal registration symbol is reserved for marks that have actually been registered with the USPTO and is not used here. This section will be updated if and when a federal application is filed or a registration is granted.
