This Privacy Policy explains how MoreTime Marketing LLC (“MoreTime Marketing,” “Mindmanagement,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit isabelzakel.com or go.isabelzakel.com, or any other website we operate under the Mindmanagement brand (together, the “Website”), register for a freebie, webinar, or waitlist, enroll in a coaching program or course, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”).

We are a company organized in the United States. We welcome visitors and clients from around the world, including the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Where the data protection laws of those regions apply to our processing of your personal data, we honor the rights and obligations described in Section 10 below, regardless of where our company is legally organized.

a) Data you provide directly

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number
  • Account and enrollment data: billing address, program selections, responses to intake or application questions
  • Payment data: processed directly by our third-party payment processors (see Section 6); we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems
  • Content you submit: messages, coaching session contributions, community posts, survey and questionnaire answers

b) Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system
  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time spent, referring website
  • Cookie and pixel data: see Section 5

c) Data from third parties

  • Data from advertising platforms (Meta, Google) when you interact with our ads
  • Data from webinar and course platforms when you register or attend

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing, administering, and improving our coaching programs, courses, webinars, and related services (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering one)
  • Processing payments and enrollment (performance of a contract)
  • Sending program-related communications, including scheduling, reminders, and content delivery (performance of a contract)
  • Sending marketing communications about new programs, webinars, and content, where you have opted in or where permitted by law (consent, or legitimate interest)
  • Running and measuring advertising campaigns, including on Meta and Google platforms (consent for non-essential cookies, or legitimate interest)
  • Maintaining the security and proper functioning of the Website (legitimate interest)
  • Complying with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation)

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising and conversion tracking
  • Google Analytics for website usage analysis
  • Google Ads tracking for advertising performance
  • Functional cookies operated through our website hosting and CRM platform (GoHighLevel)

Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie consent tool before these technologies are activated. 6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal data with the following categories of service providers, who process personal data on our behalf or, in the case of advertising platforms, as independent controllers for their own purposes:

  • Website hosting: All-Inkl.com (Germany)
  • CRM, funnel, email marketing, and course/community platform: GoHighLevel
  • Payment processing: Stripe, and, depending on the program, Digistore24, CopeCart, or a comparable merchant-of-record payment processor
  • Webinar and video conferencing: Zoom, WebinarJam, or a comparable provider
  • Advertising and analytics: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram Ads and Pixel), Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads)

Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with these providers. Payment processors receive and process payment details directly; we do not have access to full card numbers.

7. International Data Transfers

Personal data we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence, including where our service providers listed in Section 6 are based or operate servers. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to the United States or another country without an adequacy decision, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Enrollment and payment records are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or object, and in any event no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Do Not Track

Our Website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, consistent with the lack of a common industry standard for such signals.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website or communicated by email where appropriate.
